It's CQB speedball and not really airsoft but we looked so much better than everyone else, which explains why we're in 70% of this film :)
Gory, gory, what a hell of a way to die.

Today I...
...well, yesterday actually....

....repaired the rotten stitching on the right-hand shoulder and around the arm hole of my £2.37p leather "jurkin".

Today I modified two 110 round Hexagon Products PPSH drum magazines so that they fit my Ares PPSH. Now I can use my PPSH in full auto at Operation Bloodhound instead of being restricted to semi auto. :happyswing:

Ralph

...Made my Wingun 1895 Nagant revolver an actual useable gun that hits things you aim at and everything! Only had the thing almost 2 years and it wouldn't even hit a barn door 10 paces from it. Now it's site friendly and as accurate as a revolver ought to be. :happyswing:

I've adapted the shells to hold the rounds better, added a hop (non adjustable but it's OK) and a moveable retaining pin to stop the barrel rotating between shots as with the nagant the barrel moves to create the seal.

Ordered alot of my German kit, tunic, webbing etc, listed on the latest acquisitions topic.
My girlfriend cut and then sewed the straps on an old bag to make a bread bag for my kit, and the spare straps I attached onto my M40 helmet to make camo straps for foliage.

LOL, yes indeed. My kids are in their mid-late 20s...

Cheers

I finally got a job!
I lost my job at the end of last may and have only managed some temp work since. This should mean I will be able to afford to get to some games again. :happyclap:

...Made my first visit to a U.K. Airsoft field at Gunman Eversley. Got me all excited to start gaming here.
Happy to see how similar the gaming style and culture was to what I'm used to in New Zealand.
